Here are a few shots of why you should not drive between Fort Nelson and Watson Lake at night. Critters!

After the drop in from Steamboat...

Just after Toad River

Muncho Lake Area.

Stone Mountain Provincial Park

Just before Liard River Hot Springs

I've never done this drive at night nor do I ever want to! These critters would be hard to see no matter how bright of lights you have.

Slow down when you see small flags on the side of the road or when they have this bump sign up.

thanks for the pic's!! Driving by Muncho Lake although breathtaking scared the crap outta me!! I don't know if some are still there but you could look down into the water and see campers, auto etc that had gone off into the water back in 1982!! That's the section of I told my husband he has to drive the truck and trailer through...me...seat belt off and window down!!! It's not his driving that scares me it's the big rigs on that section!!

Very nice pics, Warpt. I'm in awe of your photography skills (I checked out your Alcan in the Summer album). Maybe one day I'll be fortunate enough to make the Alcan trip.
