Currently we are doing something within Alaska Airlines which we are calling "Pack The Plane" (I can't really go too much into it, because the company doesn't believe in broadcasting the great things it does... we don't do this stuff for advertising) and I was thinking... man... I bet my Alaskan City-Data friends would love to do something like this too.
Now I am not saying we should do a FOOD drive, but heck we are the Alaskan City-Data forum, we can probably do some type of drive. I think we could even open up the other states to challenge us and create a competition of good deeds.
This is a little late to be put together to be done in time by christmas, but does anyone else know a charity or type of drive that we could all participate in here on city-data? I know toys-for-tots always needs money and toys, and if we do that we can probably do a 20 day drive and earn money for them?
Opinions? Feedback? Would you be interested in doing this? What would YOU like to do?

Thats true, so maybe a different... Alaska based cause anyone is interested in proposing? I know there are lots of great ones. I just think it would be cool for us to be able to do SOMETHING as a group of Alaskans on this forum
