Just curious if there has been a change in policy about identifying banned, or suspended members?
I was wondering the same thing, as I noticed an old acquaintance had gone from [custom user title] to "Not a member" and the account seemed to be out of commission, as it were. Since, I've seen a couple more like that. Thought perhaps it was a new way of denoting "banned."
Suspended yes, they have "Not a member" under their names. But it's also used for closed accounts, when someone doesn't want to post anymore or they've created a duplicate account for some reason.
One of the reasons I asked, markablue, is a member sent me a PM and I I didn't respond immediately. When I did, the account appeared closed and I saw their designation read "not a member".
