For days, I've been getting notifications of new reputation comments that aren't there. I check the list, and I have not been newly repped. (No real reps during that time either, grrr.) Usually it's just one phantom rep at a time. What's going on?

You know how you receive Reputation points and the total is on the right side,click the arrow and it folds up and it will say "Latest Reputation Received from Guests",click arrow and it will show non member reputation points. Good luck
Thanks. Yes, that's it. I have been getting an extreme number of non-member reps for a mundane post. I wonder if some people are deliberately misusing the Reputation system.

Over the years, most of my reputation from guests has come from posts I made a couple of years ago. But most of my reputation from members comes from posts I've made in the last day or two. The two reputation streams are definitely two distinct entities.

How can you get reputation from guests? I thought you had to be a registered member to rep someone?
