I am beginning to think I need to copy every post I make so when this happens I can refer to my copies and figure what the post said and, maybe, why it was deleted. It sure would be nice to have a better idea of what I wrote that was so bad it had to be removed.
This message has been deleted by ????? Reason: spam link/orphaned posts
Does anyone else have this happen with no idea why?
That probably just means that whatever you replied to and quoted was deleted. Since the spam or offending message was deleted, they have to delete your response to it.
You can always send a DM to the moderator who deleted the post(s) and ask him/her to send you a copy. (Actually, any moderator can help you with that, but the one who deleted them can also tell you WHY that was done, in case you're unsure.)
