This is a bit off topic from the opening post to this thread but may be a good time for a reminder about posting links.
In my opinion, yes, I think the title to that link should be more descriptive instead of the embedded title of the law firm and should have been changed once it was posted (remember, one has the ability to edit their post within the 90-minute window ...if after 90-minutes, contact a moderator to edit the link).
One can title a link in any manner they'd like. For example, let's take the last link you've posted and title it differently:
last link that leanansidhex posted
To do this, 1) simply type the text you'd like to have displayed by the link, 2) highlight what you've typed, 3) copy the URL from the page you are linking, 4) click on the "Insert Link" icon
