Our group of four enjoyed dinner last night. I can guarantee we will return.
One chicken korma, another vegetable korma - the sauce on these korma's was extraordinarily good. Very rich and tender chicken. The lamb chucks in the area where they list with the Tandoori's was tasty, but a bit overcooked to our preferences. The chicken balti was unusual and delicious - We have all traveled extensively and eat ethnic often. But the spices in this one stumped us. I threatened to lick the dish.
Though we prefer spicy food, these dishes were ordered mild as this was the preference of the other couple. But based on the condiments that came with the free papadum, these guys know how to do hot!
Pretty restaurant and an interesting menu with some different dishes than you usually see. They also have a small section of dishes from Nepal (thali's) that we are absolutely going to try.
Servings were a bit on the small side, but the quality of the ingredients and the richness of those sauces easily made up for that. Food coming out of the kitchen was slow, but they were overwhelmed by a recent 3.5 star review in the local paper. I would not get the na'an again - it was a bit too thick.
I sincerely hope this place thrives!
