COMPLAINT NOTES:Discussed with the Owner about the complaint, he explained that the claimant was offered to come back for a free new order or her money back, but she declined. He further agreed that sometimes food is under cooked or overcooked, it's happened as he uttered. He was ordered to consistantly monitor food preparation. Several critical violations were cited.
