The walk in freezer door gasket shield is damaged, replace it. Rewrap the moldy pipe insulation in the walk in cooler.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Clean and maintain the walk in cooler floor.
Repair the right side 3rd flr boys bathroom sink.

REPAIR THE 3RD FLR WOMENS TOILET AND THE 3RD FLR WOMENS SINK, ABUNDANT ALTERNATES AVAILABLE.
The walk in cooler has an ice buildup at the top of the condenser unit, defrost the unit.

Repair the left side 3rd flr boys bathroom sink hot water faucet on the Harrison street side.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.
