Scrub out the north bathroom sink.
All employees must wear garments that are clean and of washable character and nature. All employees shall be required to use effective hair restraints to confine hair. Hats and aprons were found and put on at this time.
All food not stored in the original container shall be stored in properly labeled containers. Items labeled at this time.

All food and non-food contact equipment,surfaces and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. THE WOODEN SHELVING IN THE FRONT DELI AREA AND FIRST FLOOR WALK IN COOLER IS DIRTY, CLEAN AND REPAINT AS NEEDED TO MAKE THE SURFACES SMOOTH AND SANITARY. CLEAN, RINSE AND SANITIZE THE DISH RACK NEXT TO THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. THE FIRST FLOOR WALK IN COOLER HAS A RUSTY PANEL, CLEAN AND RESEAL THE RUSTY METAL.

MUST REPLACE ALL WORN CUTTING BOARDS WITH DARK GROOVES AT THE FRONT AND BACK PREP AREAS. MUST REPLACE WORN GASKET AT WALK-IN COOLER IN THE REAR AREA.
MUST PROVIDE THERMOMETERS AT ALL COOLER AND REFRIGERATORS ON PREMISES AT ALL TIMES.
DURING INSPECTION OBSERVED A CUSTOMER'S CHILD AT THE REAR PREP AREA WHILE CHEESE WAS BEING SLICED. ONLY AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ARE ALLOWED IN FOOD PREP AREAS AT ALL TIMES.
