I witness the manager holding a cell phone, moved towards the cash register and touch the food without washing her hands or wearing gloves. Then she serve customers and handled money. We spoken about not washing her hands she said that the oven temperature would kill anything on the food as a result of her touching the food. She was very upset that I brought it up to her attention.
