I am EXTREMELY UPSET with the way this particular Pizza Hut so called "Staff" handles customer service, it is the worst customer service i have ever received.. They never get my address correct, they are not friendly, they dont even call to re-check the information or call you to let you know they are not coming. They have had me.waitung before over 2 hours. Right now they had me waiting again over 1 hour and change but if i.dont.call i wont get.a call from themn.. Michael took my order then when i went out of my way to call and get status on my oeder he says theres nothing there for me,😡 then he says oh wait they got the wrong address down. when he took the order then when i start complaining of how bad of Customer Service they provide i didnt get no apology from him he.seemed not to give a daang and.said il pass u over to my manager then Eliza so called manager gets on the phone another one that dont know crapp abiut customer service, says oh yea im sorry he got the wrong address haha like.wtf does.it look like this is a joke for her to be laughing., So i expressed my self on once again that place and.i told her i didnt.want the order.anymore as they always do the same thing. All she had to say was oh u dont want the order ok thats fine,, 😡 zTHE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.I HAVE EVER CAME ACCROSS !!!!!!!!
