It was a pretty cool experience coming in, all the employees were friendly and attentive to the guests.
They got my order right and gave me extra of that delicious creamy cilantro. I was impressed since most employees hesitate to give out creamy cilantro. i enjoyed my experience and most definitely recommend it to everybody.
they have this echo system when they welcome you and i just thought that was very awesome and welcoming (-: they just need to work on the cleanliness of the salsa bar.
I have recently gone to an other pollo loco on normandie and imperial. There customer service is rediculous. im so happy i didnt have that same experience at this location.
