  • Equipment - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment
    Observation: The cold water handle of the handwashing sink, in the kitchen employee restroom, is not working properly.
    Correction: We require that both the hot, and the cold, water handles above the sink basin be working properly, at all handwashing sinks, so that they are easy to use to control the water flow, at all times. The cold water problem at the kitchen employee restroom sink needs to be repaired as soon as possible.

  • Physical Facilities in Good Repair
    Observation: There is paint peeling on the wall next to the front of the customer service line (the area where the trays for the customers are stored). Also,paint is beginning to peel on the wall behind the clean side of the mechanical dishwasher.
    Correction: These areas in the kitchen need to be scraped, and repainted.
