    Observation: tomato slicer in prep area soiled with food debris. corrected by cleaning during inspection.

    Observation: no signage in place at handwashing sink by front register. will follow up at next routine inspection.

  • Manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitation - temp, pH, concentration, and hardness
    Observation: Sanitizer solution in sink and in bucket less than 150ppm based on QT-40 pH test strip. Corrected on sight by disposing and refilling sink and bucket sanitizer solution. Retested to confirm concentration around 200ppm
