Customers drive thru 8 inch wide approximate flow of dilluted waste water to pull into parking spots at front of establishment. Operators state some of this runoff is from th ice macine outside as it drains.

  • Critical - Observed sewage backing up through floor drains of establishment. Floor drain at tight walkway between dish room area and wait staff area is backing up when nearby hand sink and 3 compartment sink are run. Passageway where overflow occurs is heavily traveled by waitstaff. Overflow is being tracked into dining room, dish room and waitstaff front area. Heavy overflow occurs when dish machine is run. Drain has 5 drain lines running to it from coolers and ice machine in waitstaff area. Backup water does not flow to cookline but if left unattended, flows to walk in cooler. Walk in cooler has evidence of being completely mopped recently. Angle of floor around overflowing drain has allowed sewage water to flow under coolers, prep tables and into walk in cooler. Efforts to hose down and mop area have allowed sewage water to be tracked into all kitchen areas and outdoor covered work area behind establishment.

Observed cooks get supplies from walk-in and other kitchen areas while wearing same sanitary gloves throughout inspection; touching handles, doors, clean dishes, etc..

  • Critical. Observed rodent activity as evidenced by approximately 30 dry rodent droppings found in outdoor accessible dry storage shed where chewed bag of grits was stored.
