Comments:
The establishment was issued a delicatessen license however there are tables and chairs in the customer seating area. Although the Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) lists ''No Seating'' under description of use, there is a signed and dated note on the C of O stating that ''...it is understood that there is no table service....'' Thus it is unclear regarding the regulation whether it is new or amended.
The establishment does not have a garbage disposal unit installed however they were cited in 2009 for this violation but the violation was abated during a reinspection and according to the report, a ''proof of variance'' needed to be provided.
The employee health policy forms for the prevention of foodborne illnesses were provided, have been completed and were reviewed.
