  No receipts for prepared food items / packaged frozen. Note: observed labels for commercially prepared frozen beef and chicken patties. "Beef Patties: Juici Patties" from Scarborough, Ontario M1B5PJ, email: info@juicipatties.ca Chicken patties: "Home of the Best Caribbean Food Delights Jamaican Products" 117 Route 303, Suite B, Tappan NY 10983. Note: No observed prepared curried Chicken on Jerk Chicken inside the facility. Observed a group of Men cooking outside in the back dumpster area who claimed food was for personal consumption and not affiliated with the licensed facility, per operator, cooking various food items. Sign outside facility stating today special is curry chicken. Individuals are to cease cooking foods outside facility immediately.
