    Observation: Observed a container of uncovered slider buns on a shelf next to the trash can on the cook line.
    Correction: Prevent contamination by storing food in packages, covered containers, or wrappings or move trash can from area.

    Observation: Observed several employees handle their ear buds with gloved hands and not change the gloves.
    Correction: Gloves must be changed once contaminated

    Observation: Observed the cutting board on the expo line badly stained and scored.
    Correction: Replace.
