The purpose of today's visit is due to a fire that happened over the weekend. Firm is replacing the stove with the same make and model. The fryer will have to be drained and cleaned prior to use. The ceiling tile next to the sprinkler head that went off will need to be replaced with a ceiling tile that is smooth, impervious to water, and easily cleanable. The ceiling vents in the kitchen and ceiling tiles next to the vents are covered with a black residue and needs to be cleaned prior to preparing of foods. Clean utensils, pans, on shelving over 3 compartment sink will need to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized prior to use. The hood has been inspected and passed. Once the new stove has been installed and the passed the gas inspection and the above items have been corrected, the firm may re-open.
