Food suppliers are Richmond Restaurant, Sam's Club, Costco and grocery stores. No food prep observed during inspection, minimal TCS (time-temperature controlled for safety) food present, and no hot foods to temp. Breakfast menu includes sausage, egg and cheese biscuits that are received precooked and reheated in microwave for immediate service. Lunch menu includes chicken salad (commercial), ham, turkey and cheese sandwiches, hot dogs, and cheeseburgers (received precooked, frozen). Discussed reheating and hot holding of hot dogs and chili (commercial). Hot food is discarded at end of day. Discussed date marking (hot dogs, deli meats). Discussed outdoor cooking policy for special events and ensuring grill cover is used and all prep work, including placing food on buns and adding condiments, is done inside in the permitted kitchen. Also discussed posting consumer advisory, if applicable, during special events for hamburgers (rec. raw, frozen and cooked from frozen). Discussed employee health and provided Form 1B. Discussed hand washing and glove use. Reminded PIC that hair restraints are needed during food prep.

New thermometer needed for RIC as not registering properly. 15 degrees observed and EHS thermometer says 3 degrees. Discussed Employee Health, glove use and handwashing.
