Refrigeration units are operational and holding adequate temperatures. The Upright freezer has not been turned on yet. Also, additional equipment such as the microwave, coffee maker, and additional tables have not been installed. All finish schedules have been completed and all plumbing has been hooked up and is adequate. A copy of the building department CO needs to be submitted to the Health Department. Items which still need to be finished are as follows: 1. Digital thermometers need to be present for testing water temps and food temps. 2. A chlorine sanitizer test kit needs to present for testing sanitizer concentrations. 3. Manager needs to provide a ServeSafe Manager's Certificate of Completion. Also, additional equipment such as the microwave, coffee maker, and additional tables have not been installed. All finish schedules have been completed and all plumbing has been hooked up and is adequate. A copy of the building department CO has been obtained. Lighting is installed and provides the required amount of light over food prep surfaces, dry good storage areas, and the dish washing area. Items which still need to be finished are as follows: 1. Equipment/Wall juncture on all sink units need to be caulked. 2. Refrigeration Units need to be operational with an interior temp of 41 F or less. 3. Digital thermometers need to be present for testing water temps and food temps. 4. A chlorine sanitizer test kit needs to present for testing sanitizer concentrations. 5.
