Discussed the following with the PIC: (1) Establishment needs to have a current CFM and the CFM certificate needs to be posted for public view. (2) Ensure the mop sink has a vacuum beaker and that the hose is hung up above the rim of the sink basin. (3) Personal coats and items need to be stored in a designated area away from food, food items, and single-use articles, (4) Ensure no food or food item is being stored under drain lines. No violation noted during this evaluation.
