Maintain corrected items. Monitor the cooling of foods to ensure the food items cool down fast enough. The turn needs to cool down to 41 degrees or less or less within 4 hours after it is made. Make sure staff washes hands between glove use and between tasks. The quat sanitizer was good at 200 ppm.

The purpose of today's visit is due to a complaint, # 37077, of ants all over the soda machine. I spoke to the manager who stated they have had a ant problem at the soda machine. I looked around the soda machine and did not find any live ants. There were some dead ants in the cabinet below the soda fountain. Staff stated that they cleaned the soda fountain area when ever they get a change throughout the day. I did notice some black residue inside the cabinet doors at the base where there is a metal lip on bottom of cabinet door. I did not see any evidence of ants anywhere else in the restaurant. Area manager called their pest control company and was informed they would be out again to work on the problem. Complaint was confirmed. Establishment is working on correcting the issues.
