    Correction: Maintain nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment clean.
  • Physical Facilities in Good Repair
    Observation: Observed staining to the walls around the warewashing, dish machine.
    Correction: Maintain physical facilities in good repair. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities.
