    Observation: Found dumpster lid missing.
    Correction: Unit is to have all moving parts installed and operational. Please have dumpster replaced.

    Observation: Found bar cabinetry is failing, particle board deteriorating.
    Correction: All food service equipment to be in good, durable, cleanable condition (to be replaced).

    Observation: Found grease pan under 4 burner stove top was not clean.
    Correction: Please clean more frequently.
