    Observation: In-use utensils improperly stored - rice scoop.
    Correction: Store in-use utensils in a dipper well or in water of at least 135°F.

    Observation: Improper cooling methods.
    Correction: Spread foods into smaller, thinner portions and stir as needed during the cooling process. Combine cooling methods as needed.

A compliant was received that stated that a customer became ill after consuming a meal at this facility. The Person in Charge indicated that he was not aware of the complaint. According to the PIC no employees have been ill in the two weeks leading up to the complainant's meal. When asked, PIC was able to promptly locate a written employee health policy and indicated that he reviewed this with staff since the previous routine inspection (11/19/2014). PIC was not able to provide a sales data report due to lack of a computerized POS system. From memory PIC indicated that on the day of the complainant meal about 25 spring rolls, 2-3 orders of fried dumplings and 5-6 ordered of sesame chicken were sold. The same chicken was also sold in 8-10 orders of General chicken.
At this time this is the only complaint that has been received. Call EHS without delay if you are contacted by any other potential cases.

No violation noted during this evaluation.
