Observation: Soda machine dispenser area observed with mold. The nozzles had been removed and were being sanitized but the accumulation of mold was around the dispensing mechanism.
Correction: Clean and sanitize soda dispenser in a manner that prevents cross-contamination.

Observation: The nonfood contact surface of the following equipment has accumulations of soil:
1. Shelving.
2. Bottom shelf of preparation table rusty and corroded.
Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.

Observation: The outdoor refuse container is stored on the grass.
Correction: All refuse containers are to be stored on smooth, nonabsorbent material that is sloped to drain.

Observation: There is no refuse container at the area immediately adjacent to the cook area hand sink.
Correction: Provide a refuse container for the disposal of paper towels at the hand sink.

Observation: There is no covered refuse container for the disposal of feminine napkins in the ladies room stall.
Correction: Install a covered refuse container for the disposal of feminine napkins in the ladies room stall.
