This food establishment is not approved to serve food to the public. Please correct the following and contact the Prince William Health District to schedule an inspection.
1. The install water heater was not the one approved for this food establishment, it is insufficient for the facility hot water demand. A 115 BTU water hater will provide a recovery rate approximately 105 GPH at 100 Fahrenheit degrees rise. Please replace the water heater. Reference- Floor plans non-approval letter/ architect response / approval letter.
2. Install handwashing signs at all handwashing sinks use by food employees.
3. Install hooks for the storage of employees clothing and belongings.
4. Install mop/broom storage hooks/rack.
