Kitchen is not used often. No TCS food items (food requiring temperature control) were found in the kitchen at the time of inspection. There is no designated kitchen manager. Suggest that any staff that are going to use the catering kitchen obtain food safety training. Do not store any pesticides in the the kitchen or dry storage area.
