I hardly ever stop at a Hardee's unless there is nothing else around. I had been in a car all day for work and I haven't eaten so I figured I would stop. Used to love the onion rings. Let me just say: I have worked in the food industry over 25 years and it was the coldest and worst meal I had. I asked for no.pickles or onions on the burgers and my boyfriend had pickles on his and a piece of onion on mine. Burgers were both cold and looked like they had sat there half the day. Looked like they tried to pull the onions and pkls off the sandwiches but left some one it. I paid more for.onion rings which I wouldn't mind if they didn't look like they had been sitting out and mangled for half the day. Paid Xtra for ranch and asked for ketchup and never received it. His ff I think might have been the only semi warm thing in the bag and if I wasn't in a hurry to make a delivery I would of threw the whole bag back at them. I will never return back there and I will let everyone know about the experience that I had and wonder why how are they still open and why they closed lot of burger king's but not Hardees. The only decent thing I can say about the whole experience is that I had ice cold sweet tea. I hope and wish that no.one ever has to experience such horrible food service .
