Observation: The nonfood contact surface of the vulcan and hobart reach in refrigerator gaskets and the walk in refrigerator floor have accumulations of grime and debris.
Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.

Observation: Wall under the vent hoods and pipes behind cooking equipment noted in need of cleaning.
