PREOPERATIONAL FINAL INSPECTION 1. One wall at kitchen does not meet code requirements. It is finished with painted cement blocks, is not smooth and is not easily washable. 2. Ceiling tiles at rest rooms are not the approved types. The finishes are not smooth and not easily washable. 3. Lighting illumination at toilets and urinal is approximately 5 foot candles. Code requires 20 foot candles. 4. Light bulbs over the tap room bar are neither shatter proof nor shielded. 5. Paper towel dispenser has not been installed at the bar hand washing sink. 6. Raw wooden trimming under the bar counter has not been sealed. 7. Joints under the bar counter has bot been caulked. 8. Storage / shelf has not been provided for clean utensils. *Owner / Contractor shall correct the above listed items and schedule for a final follow up Health Department inspection.
