    Observation: Food stored in a commonly wet or soiled location. Tortilla shells stored under exhaust hood exposed to dripping grease. Cover tortilla shells in a manner that will prevent contamination.
    Correction: Protect food from contamination by storing the food in a clean and dry location. Operator covered tortilla shells.

    Observation: Screen door to rear entry to kitchen is not maintained in good repair. Screen observed damaged in a manner that could allow for pest intrusion.
    Correction: Maintain physical facilities in good repair. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities. Repair screen door to rear entry of kitchen.
