    Observation: The handwashing facility located in the dishwashing area was blocked, preventing access by employees for easy handwashing.
    Correction: Access to the handwashing facility identified above is to be available during all hours of operation. Remove the pizza crust racks preventing its use.
  • Handwashing - Using a Handwashing Lavatory - No Other Purpose (corrected on site)
    Observation: The handwash station in the dishwashing area is being used as a dump station.
    Correction: The handwash facility identified above is to be used for washing hands only
  • Maintenance Tools - Storing Maintenance Tools (corrected on site)
    Observation: Large electric tool noted to be stored in such a way that it is contaminating food on the storage shelves
    Correction: Maintenance equipment supplies and tools such as brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, and similar items must be stored so they do not contaminate food equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles.

Pre-construction site visit made at request of facility. The customer area is to be "re-imaged." If any questions during construction please call or email.
Kitchen - wall behind makeline cooler FRP is to be removed and replaced with subway time.
Lobby - work to be completed over 5-7 nights - all food is to be relocated to the walk in cooler from the makeline cooler each night. All surfaces to be cleaned and sanitized prior to reopen each day.
Store will be closed for approximately 48 hours to change floor to quarry tile with cove base.
Noted ceiling tile issues - please replace or install as needed. Corner trim - damaged locations to be upgraded.
Reminder - caulk in wet areas should allow water to drain.

Correct the remaining items within 24 hours. Maintain the corrected items as corrected. All food temperatures taken today were correct - good.
Note: perforated ceiling tiles observed - should be washable through the back of the house.

    Observation: The Person in Charge was not able to describe or locate an employee health policy.
    Correction: Train all managers and food handlers on employee health policy (EHS provided flowchart and reviewed with PIC).

    Observation: Employee beverages and snacks/food improperly stored.
    Correction: Instruct food service workers to drink only from closed containers such as a cup with a lid and straw, handled and located to prevent contamination of hands, food and clean equipment and to store employee food below and away from customer food.

    Observation: The handsink at the warewashing station is blocked.
    Correction: Remove the items blocking the sink and maintain access at all times.
