Discussed if using cloth towels is allowed for drying equipment after washing. Cloth towels are not allowed because the towels hold moisture, which makes an ideal environment for bacteria to grow. This potential bacteria can then be spread from equipment to equipment. The best way to dry equipment is to allow it to air dry. Disposable paper towels can be used for drying if in a rush.
