Clean filter behind smoker exhaust regularly (Help cut down on smoke and grease in kitchen), Walk-in freezer needs a new light and light shield, lights out on the vent hood, and the gasket on the bottom door of the hot box is ripped and doesn't hold the door tight.

    Correction: Instruct food employees to clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms immediately before engaging in food preparation including working with exposed food, clean equipment and utensils, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles and during food preparation, as often as necessary to remove soil and contamination and to prevent cross contamination when changing task.

    Correction: Replace the torn/ripped gaskets on all refrigerators, especially the walk-in doors.

    Observation: Observed ice and mold build-up in the walk-in freezer/refrigerator and dust accumulation on the fan covers in the walk-in refrigerator.
    Correction: Maintain nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment clean.

    Observation: Observed toxic chemicals stored over sugar.
    Correction: Move either the chemicals or the sugar in order to prevent any possible contamination due to spilling chemicals.
