  • Equipment - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment
    Observation: The window gasket to the walkin freezer is in poor repair.
    Correction: Repair or replace the door gasket in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
  • Plumbing System Maintained in Good Repair
    Observation: @PLUMBING@ in poor repair, (Sewer odor in kitchen at floor drains).
    Correction: Repair and maintain all plumbing components and fixtures.
  • Refuse Outside Receptacles
    Observation: The refuse container located outside the establishment is missing its lid.
    Correction: Replace the missing cover of the outside refuse container with one that is a tight fit.
