I recommend checking temperatures of all refrigerators daily. An easy way to monitor is to keep a closed bottle of water inside unit and take that temperature to insure how the food is holding not just air temperature which tends to fluctuate when the door is opened frequently. Permit expires 7/31/15. Call for reinspection.

| Once milk is taken and served to children in rooms it is not recommended that the milk be brought back to the kitchen for reservice. The temperature has been compromised and food manager loses control of product. Cod is a frozen raw product. I was told it is cooked from the frozen state. Kitchen is very organized.
