Reach-in refrigerator is very full- may hinder proper air flow. Did not see a thermometer in one of the infant refrigerators. Check sanitizer with strips daily.

    Observation: The chlorine sanitizer at the 3-compartment sink is not within acceptable range. Observed concentration was >200 ppm.
    Correction: Dilute with water. Acceptable range 50-200 ppm.

    Observation: Found wooden composite shelves not easily cleanable.
