Work order has been put in for the 3-compartment sink. A piece broke so employees are manually putting detergent and sanitizers in the sink instead of using the pre-mixing system. Discussed handwashing and glove use. Please do not store knives in crack between refrigerator units- need to be protected from contamination.

    Observation: Found faucet splitter adapter with hose connect and pressurized. Improper backflow location for atmospheric type backflow preventer.
    Correction: Please disconnect hose from faucet when not in use.

    Observation: Found drain to handsink in kitchen has broken drain pipe. Water is collected in bucket under drain.
    Correction: Plumbing drains to be in good condition. Please repair drain pipe.
