    Observation: Milk, coleslaw dressing and sour cream cold holding at improper temperatures
    Correction: Relocate food that has been out of temperatur less than four hous to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41°F or below. Manager voluntarily discarded food that was out of temperature more than four hours. Discard potentially hazardous that was out of temperature more than four hours in walk-in.
  • Equipment - Cutting Surfaces
    Observation: The cutting board(s) along the @LOCATION@ are heavily scratched and scored. The food contact surface is no longer easily cleaned and sanitized due to condition.
    Correction: Resurface or discard and replace the cutting boards to provide a food contact surface that is smooth, easily cleaned and sanitized.
  • Sewage - Other Liquid Wastes and Rainwater
    Observation: Condensate in icecream freezer.
    Correction: Condensate should evaporate or drain. Remove condensate from freezer.
  • Handwashing Signage/Handwashing Facilities (corrected on site)
    Observation: No sign that notifies food employees to wash their hand in enployee bathroom.
    Correction: Provide a sign/poster that is clearly visible to all employees
