Correction: Working containers of toxic items are to be properly labeled with contents. Identification of these containers with the common name of the material helps prevent the dangerous misuse of the contents. Corrected by removing liquids from the bottles.

Observation: Observed an opened cup of drink water on the cook line. Also, a cup with a lid and a straw was stored in the hand sink.
Correction: Drinks was discarded. All drinking cups must have a lid and a straw and stored properly.

Observation: Only 1 of the 3 hand sinks had hand towel. None of the towel dispensers were working.
