Generally, facility observed to be clean and well ordered. Hot water sanitizing dishwashing machine operating properly-wax tape melted and turned black. Chlorine sanitizing solution in wet wiping cloth bucket at proper concentration of 75ppm. Good handwashing and glove use procedures observed. Person in charge knowledgeable about employee health policy. Reviewed Norovirus prevention protocol with person in charge. She agreed to conduct training on handout provided by Health Dept.
  • Equipment - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment
    Observation: Single door pass through refrigerator on left does not appear to be operating properly--air temperature elevated at 45oF.
    Correction: Repair the refrigerator to restore a state of condition that allows for proper operation, accuracy, functioning, maintenance, and cleanability per Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter. If unable to repair the refrigerator, replace it with one that meets the specifications of Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter.
