Kitchen refrigerator is running colder (Milk 50°F to now 44°F), so turned down 7 to 8 to get cooling to 41°F or below.

    Correction: Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41°F or below. Turned down from 7 to 8 on kitchen refrigerator and turned down 38-35°F in larger walk-in, so to increase cooling capacity for each unit. Need to keep close eye on each unit. If either of both refrigeration units are not able to maintain potentially hazardous food at 41°F or below then move to walkin or refrigerator that is functioning adequately.
