    Observation: According to the ""consume by"" date on the commercially processed ready-to-eat (RTE) Milk in the refrigerator, the food should have been discarded 1 day ago.
    Correction: Discard the food at this time and ensure all commercially processed RTE food is served, sold or discarded by the ""consume by"" date after opening. Some harmful bacteria continue to grow even at refrigeration temperatures so limiting the amount of time in storage limits the amount of growth allowed for these bacteria.
  • Equipment - Food Contact Surfaces, Nonfood Contact Surfaces, and Utensils
    Observation: Observed accumulations of dust, dirt, food residue or other debris on the following nonfood-food contact surfaces: Jen Air, toaster oven, dry room storage shelves, clean utensil drawer, cabinet doors, and microwave.
    Correction: Maintain nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment clean. Remove netting on dry storage shelves.

Kenmore unit was not working properly, electrical breaker was reset and the unit started working again. Frozen foods and potentially hazardous foods relocated to the Hotpoint unit the Kenmore unit is able to maintain proper temperatures. Cabinets and oven drawer in need of minor cleaning. Good job. Permit renewal issued.
No violation noted during this evaluation.
