KDA_3_50119B2 - --There are approximately 50 individual cups of chopped lettuce and 50 individual cups of diced tomatoes sitting out on the table next to the cashier. According to Person In Charge, the cups were placed out at 10:15 a.m. this morning. Note: The time was 11:00 a.m. None of the cups were marked with the time the chopped lettuce or diced tomatoes were set out. Corrected on Site - Educated Person In Charge and gave handouts to help with the record keeping. Note: The facility does have a written procedure for Time as a Temperature Control.
