- KDA_3_30212 - --In kitchen on bottom of food prep table, container identified by line cook as flour has no label. Corrected on site. Flour was labeled. On food shelf in kitchen, bottles identified as BBQ sauce and hot sauce has no label of common name. Corrected on site. BBQ and hot sauces were labeled.
- KDA_3_30511A1 - --In storage room, bag of onions and box of potatoes were stored directly on floor. Corrected on site. Onions and potatoes were moved.
- KDA_3_50118A3 - --In walk in cooler, container of cooked queso had datemark 09/18-09/25 and container of cooked taco meat had datemark of 09/21-09/31. Corrected on site. Queso and taco meat were appropriately datemarked. These were the only datemarking issues in establishment, where most products are dated.
- KDA_4_50112 - --Both cutting boards attached to make tables in kitchen are heavily scratched and stained. Person in charge said they will be resurfaced.
- KDA_4_60111A - --Plastic food container on kitchen dish rack stored as clean still has old datemark sticker residue present. Corrected on site. Container was moved to be re-cleaned.
- KDA_5_20511A - --Kitchen handsink had 2 large food transport containers with a cooling fan sitting atop directly in front of it, making it inaccessible. Corrected on site. Fan and containers were moved.
- KDA_5_20511B - --In bar handsink, lemons and straws were in basin. Corrected on site. Lemon and straws were removed. Later, in same handsink, 2 drinking cups were in basin. Corrected on site. Cups were moved. Discussed with employee handsink requirements again.
- KDA_6_30111 - --Bar handsink did not have hand washing soap available. Corrected on site. Handsink was supplied with soap.
- KDA_6_30114 - --There is no handwashing sign posted at bar handsink. Corrected on site. Issued handsign.
- KDA_7_20111A - --On food shelf in kitchen, a bottle of body lotion was directly next to bottle of hot sauce. Corrected on site. Lotion was moved.
