Observation: There was no temperature measuring device located in the chicken bread station reach-in refrigerator and the prep line refrigerator.
Correction: Provide a temperature measuring device in all hot or cold holding equipment used to store potentially hazardous foods so that employees can routinely monitor the ambient air temperature.

Observation: The three compartment sink and three compartment sink is not adequately sealed to adjoining equipment or walls.
Correction: Seal the unit to adjoining equipment or walls since it is exposed to spillage or seepage.

Observation: The door gasket to the 2 door reach-in refrigerator and the single door freezer is in poor repair.
Correction: Repair or replace the door gasket in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.

Observation: Many plastic food containers and lids were cracked.
Correction: Discard, replace or repair the containers and lids to provide proper operation, accuracy, functioning, maintenance, and cleanability.
