This visit was made to conduct a pre-opening inspection. The purpose of the visit was give the owner manager the inspection report from 9/9/15 and to issue a citation. Ticket number 04564 was issued for lack of Food Protection Manager (11-2-24) on 9/915 in the amount of 100.00. The walk-in refrigerator was holding 38°F. The purpose of this visit is to conduct a change of ownership inspection. The following corrections must be made in 10 days: Obtain Food Protection Manager (FPM). Correct the reminder statement on the menu and do not include a disclosure for foods that can not be undercooked (BLT, Baked Virginia Ham, Omelettes, and Veal Cutlet Parmesan). The walk-in refrigerator is holding a ambient air temperature of 45°F. TCS foods must be 41°F or below. Remove the wooden prep table in the kitchen and replace with smooth easy to clean prep table. Replace missing handle in the undercounter reach-in refrigeration unit (under grill area). Replace broken gaskets on the make table refrigerator and the walk-in refrigerator. Replace the missing data plate on the Jackson dish machine. The floor and the ceiling in the walk-in refrigerator are in poor repair. Water is dripping from the ceiling inside the walk-in. The walls inside walk-in refrigerator are moldy. The ceiling tiles in the dry storage area are not smooth and easily to clean. The grill area is greasy. Thoroughly clean all the kitchen equipment. Provide lockers for employees. The hot water faucet at the bar hand sink has very low water pressure. Provide paper towel at bar hand sink. Properly install the condensation line (outside) from the walk-in refrigerator to a sanitary drain.
